And yet.

That’s how most cozy sleuths get started—by accident. They’re teachers counting down to retirement. Inn consultants finishing one last job. Librarians volunteering for charity events. People with pets who seem far too interested in things they shouldn’t be.

Welcome to Cozy Sleuths, Pets & Amateur Chaos, where investigations begin reluctantly, animals steal the spotlight, and chaos follows anyone foolish enough to ask one too many questions.

These sleuths didn’t mean to investigate anything—until their pets noticed something was very wrong.
